Australia Wide Delivery

We offer a 2 flat rate delivery methods for orders up to 5 kg just as long as we're sending your order to one delivery address.

Please Note -Some heavier items (over 5kg) will have a fixed freight charge of $20 per item and will be shipped by road.

We use Australia Post Standard Mail. Australia Post has a speedy delivery system that can usually deliver anywhere in Australia from the date of dispatch within 2-7 working days.

Should you require the goods faster then we suggest the following method:

2. Australian Air Express (AAE) Courier $9.95 Per Order

This option is available to all Australian customers and includes packaging costs. Your order can include multiple items for $9.95.

We use AAE as they provide a fast and efficient service around Australia at a very reasonable price. On the rare occasion there is a delay with delivery, your parcel is easily traced.

Delivery is generally overnight to main centres, although you should allow 2-3 days, particularly at peak times like Christmas. Smaller country areas may take an extra day.

A signature is not required upon delivery. Try to use an address were someone will be available to accept your delivery. E.g. Work or Office

If no one is home at the time of delivery and the parcel cannot be left securely, a card will be left with details on how to collect your parcel. Please note that if a card is placed in your letterbox and your parcel is taken to the local post office, they will generally only hold it for a maximum of one week. Prompt collection is advised - please ask for an AAE parcel when collecting as these are often kept separate from the regular Parcel Post items.

AAE can also deliver to a Post Office Box, business address or Home address.

International Deliveries

We do not ship outside of Australia at this time.

Immediate Shipping

We carry a large range of stock and in most cases can ship goods the same day of them being ordered (if ordered before 1 pm AEST on a working day). If you order a product which we do not have in stock you will be notified of the expected delivery date and if not satisfied you can cancel the order and a full refund will be issued.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).
